I'm orignially from Toronto, Canada and I came to the U.S. with my folks when I was four. I grew up in the Los Angeles area and was interested in acting from an early age. I starred in my first play in the 3rd grade. I played a femme fatal to a sell out parental crowd. After hearing the roaring applause I knew acting was for me!
I studied acting at numerous workshops and enjoyed participating in plays where I lost my fear of performing before live audiences, in fact I love live theatre and the opportuniy to meet my fans and get their feedback.
I began my professional acting career as an extra and have been fortunate to star or co-star in over 20 films. One of the films that was particularly memorable was "All the Marbles" starring Peter Falk and (well, me of course!). I played a wrestler and was privileged to work with Director Robert Aldrich in his last film. I was always a strong and aggressive athlete which helped me win parts in many action-packed films...did nearly all of my own stunts which was great fun at the time, but the residual aches and pains have outlasted the residuals.
